Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Eye care services and materials are eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursements. This includes:

• eye examinations
• prescription glasses (including sunglasses and computer glasses)
• contact lenses 
• LASIK and refractive surgery

You may also combine your vision insurance benefits with HSA / FSA allowance.  

If you have an FSA or HSA debit card, you may use this card at check-out, just like you would with a normal credit card.  If you do not have an FSA or HSA debit card, you can check-out using other payment methods (credit card, cash, personal checks), and we will provide you with an itemized receipt with the proper codes for you to submit to your FSA or HSA providers for reimbursement.
